Cullin Neeck and Peyton Schumacher both scored twenty-three points as the Lewiston-Altura boys basketball team more than doubled up Mabel-Canton 90-43 in the 29th Annual Lewiston Auto Warrior Club Tournament at McCown Gymnasium on Saturday.
Schumacher nailed seven 3-pointers with Neeck not far behind with four as two of five players who scored in double figures for L-A (5-7). Collin Ellinghuysen, Brady Lange and Bradley Miller also scored in double figures with 10 each.
The Cardinals outrebounded Mabel-Canton (5-6) 41-18, with four players who finished with at least five rebounds, led by Neeck with 10, Lange had nine and both Miller and John Heim finished with exactly five.
Ellinghuysen, Lange and Miller all came off the bench and combined for 30 points and 18 boards.
Keyser Wenthold led the Cougars with 11 points.
Neeck combined for 51 points and 16 rebounds in two games at the Warrior Club Tournament.
